Our Total Care Packages are designed around the way we take care of Commercial customers, but tailored to meet the needs of your residential property. Here's how it works:
- You choose a package. (Or, customize a package to your needs)
- We quote you the normal price for each service, and then discount it by 5%.* Save an additional 5% by pre-paying)
- We total up your package and divide your annual fee into 12 equal monthly payments.
- We write up a service agreement.
* 5% discount does not apply to mowing or lawn treatments.
